ZADO AI
The AI intelligence layer for Xero, Zoho Books and other accounting software.
Keep your accounting system. ZADO AI reads the ledger through its official interface, finds what a person would miss, forecasts cash, and drafts plain-language reports for owners and finance leads. Nothing is posted without an approval.
Figures describe product design and the connector roadmap. They are not measured customer results.
Accounting software records. ZADO AI interprets.
Xero and Zoho Books are good systems of record. They tell you what was booked. They are not built to tell you what will happen to cash next quarter, which supplier payment was made twice, or why GST does not agree to what the tax authority has received. ZADO AI is the layer that does that, without asking you to change your system.
Cash-flow forecasting
Projects receipts and payments from invoices, bills, bank feeds and payment history, so the question becomes "when do we run short?" and not "what is the balance today?"
Duplicate and anomaly detection
Flags repeated payments, unusual amounts, out-of-pattern vendors and entries that break the business's own history, with the evidence attached.
Plain-language management reports
Turns ledger figures into short written commentary for owners and boards: what moved, why it moved, and what needs a decision.
What ZADO AI does
Each feature shows what it does and why a decision maker cares. Status labels separate what is described in the product design from items still on the roadmap.
Cash-flow forecasting
Rolling forecast built from open invoices, bills, recurring items and payment behaviour.
Duplicate payment detection
Matches amount, payee, reference and date patterns to surface likely double payments.
Anomaly alerts
Highlights entries that depart from the business's normal pattern, with a short reason.
Tax reconciliation
Compares GST filed with data the tax authority has received through InvoiceNow (Singapore).
Supplier and customer risk signals
Notes late-payment trends, concentration and sudden changes in counterparty behaviour.
Management commentary
Drafts monthly narrative reports in plain language for owners, boards and lenders.
Approval workflow
Configurable thresholds and role-based approvals. Exceptions are routed to a named person.
Audit trail
Every suggestion, approval and write-back is logged with who, what and when.
Read-only by default
The connection reads the ledger. Write-back is a separate permission the customer turns on.
Official API connection
Connects through the accounting system's published interface and an authorisation step. No screen scraping, no shared passwords.
Multi-system coverage
Designed to run on Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, 1C, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Sage, MYOB and Dynamics 365.
InvoiceNow document stream
Reads the e-invoice stream alongside the ledger for Singapore customers.
Edge-native processing
The MVBOOKS design runs document reading, categorisation and validation on the user's device, with encrypted local storage.
Consent and revocation
Activation is a consent step. Access can be withdrawn without a migration or exit project.
Document reading (OCR)
Reads invoices and statements (PDF and images) and proposes the journal entry for approval. Part of the MVBOOKS engine.
Five steps from connection to decision
Select a step to see what happens and what the customer controls.
Authorise the connection
The finance lead signs in to Xero or Zoho Books and approves access for ZADO AI, the same way any marketplace app is connected.
- Uses the system's own authorisation screen. ZADO AI never sees your password.
- Scope is chosen at this step. Default is read-only.
- Takes minutes. No data export, no project plan.
Read ledger and documents
ZADO AI reads invoices, bills, payments, contacts, bank transactions and the chart of accounts through the API. For Singapore customers it also reads the InvoiceNow stream.
- Initial read builds the business's baseline pattern.
- Later reads are incremental.
- The ledger remains the system of record.
Analyse against your own history
The engine compares new activity with the business's own patterns and with rules for duplicates, tax mismatches and counterparty risk, then builds the cash forecast.
- Findings carry the evidence, not just a score.
- Rules and thresholds can be tuned per entity.
- Forecast refreshes as new items arrive.
Propose, never post silently
Where ZADO AI suggests an entry, a correction or a report, it appears as a proposal in a review queue.
- Approval thresholds are configurable by role.
- Exceptions are flagged to a named approver.
- If write-back is enabled, only approved items are written.
Decide with evidence
Owners and finance leads receive alerts, the forecast and a written monthly commentary. Approved changes flow back to the accounting system if write-back is on.
- Every step is in the audit trail.
- Reports can be shared with a lender or board.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Using ZADO AI with Xero or Zoho Books
ZADO AI is not a replacement. The table and tabs show what each does and how they divide the work.
Connection
Authorised through Xero's standard app connection. Access is limited to the organisations the user selects and can be removed from Xero at any time.
What ZADO AI reads
Invoices, bills, payments, bank transactions, contacts and accounts, for each connected organisation.
What you gain
Forecasting, duplicate checks and written commentary on top of Xero's reporting. Xero continues to run invoicing, bank feeds and filings.
Xero's developer terms and fees govern API access. Moneyverse is reviewing them as part of the connector programme; availability depends on that review.
Connection
Authorised through Zoho's standard OAuth connection, scoped to the selected organisation and revocable from Zoho.
What ZADO AI reads
Invoices, bills, payments, banking, contacts and chart of accounts, within the granted scope.
What you gain
An analysis and review layer over Zoho Books, useful for firms running multiple Zoho organisations. Zoho continues to run the books.
Marketplace listing with Zoho is a planned step. Until then, connection is arranged during a pilot.

| Duplicate payments | Basic warnings when entering a bill | Continuous cross-check of all payments |
| Management commentary | Numbers and charts | Written narrative with the reasons |
| System of record | Yes | No. It reads from your system |
| Tax filing | Yes, in supported regions | No. Reconciles and flags only |
| Switch needed | Not applicable | None. Runs alongside |

What this changes for the business
See the shortfall before it arrives
A forward view of receipts and payments gives time to chase, defer or arrange funding.
Illustration only.
Alerts with evidence
Sample alerts for illustration.
Keep your team and your tools
No retraining on a new ledger, no data migration, no change of vendor.
People stay accountable
AI proposes and flags. Named approvers decide. Every step is logged.
Data stays close
Edge-native design keeps document processing on the user's device where deployed.
Reports owners actually read
Sample text written for illustration. It is not output from a real customer.
Estimate a possible payment-recovery benefit
Enter your own assumptions. The result is arithmetic on your inputs, not a prediction or a guarantee of what ZADO AI will find.
The default cost uses the top of the indicative range of S$45 to S$95 per entity per month. Final pricing is set by the partner or Moneyverse.
A staged pilot, not a project
Connect and read
Authorise read-only access for one entity and build the baseline.
Review findings
Walk through forecasts, flags and reconciliation results with the finance lead.
Decide on write-back
Optionally enable approved write-back and extend to more entities.
Timelines are agreed per customer and depend on the accounting system and data quality.
Start on top, move across if you want to
ZADO AI is the intelligence layer taken from MVBOOKS. Customers who later want a ledger built for edge-native processing and a tamper-evident audit trail can move to MVBOOKS. That is a choice, not a requirement.
Questions decision makers ask
No. ZADO AI reads from your accounting system and leaves it as the system of record.
Not by default. Access starts read-only. If you enable write-back, only items approved by a named person are written, and each is logged.
Treat it as a second reviewer. Findings include their evidence so a person can confirm them. ZADO AI does not replace the judgement of your accountant or auditor.
Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, 1C, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Sage, MYOB and Dynamics 365 are design targets. Connector availability is phased and confirmed per customer. Ask us for the current list before you commit.
Each vendor sets terms for its API, including fees and limits on data use. Moneyverse reviews these as part of the connector programme. Access depends on those terms being met.
Data is read only for the connected entities and only with your consent. Deployment options, including edge-native processing, are confirmed in the pilot scope. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Indicative pricing for end customers is S$45 to S$95 per entity per month, through partners. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal.
No. Moneyverse is a software provider. It does not give accounting, tax, legal or investment advice and does not hold funds.
