Devaraj is the Chief Executive Officer of Moneyverse, leading the company’s vision to build secure, scalable, and future-ready financial infrastructure.
With a strong focus on innovation and data sovereignty, he drives the development of products that empower businesses with greater control, transparency, and efficiency. His leadership is centered on redefining how financial systems operate – moving towards privacy-first, resilient, and globally accessible solutions.

Uma Nandan Jeyaratnam
CFO
Uma leads Moneyverse.ai’s financial strategy, governance, and regulatory alignment as CFO, ensuring the company scales on a strong foundation of compliance and financial discipline. He oversees financial planning, capital structuring, tax strategy, and risk management to support sustainable global growth.
With expertise across accounting, corporate law, tax advisory, and valuation, Uma plays a key role in guiding strategic decisions, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening investor confidence. His experience in audit, compliance, and investment management, along with his leadership at Apex Business Advisory, enables Moneyverse.ai to navigate complex regulatory environments with clarity while maximizing long-term value.
Sanjana D
CIO
Sanjana is responsible for shaping and leading Moneyverse.ai’s technology strategy, with a focus on building innovative, secure, and scalable financial technology infrastructure platforms. As CIO, she oversees the development of core products such as Pehachain and RTM, driving digital transformation and ensuring seamless integration with clients’ existing systems.
She places strong emphasis on cybersecurity, data governance, and operational excellence, enabling Moneyverse.ai to deliver reliable and configurable infrastructure solutions for regulated environments. Her leadership fosters a culture of innovation, promotes the strategic adoption of emerging technologies, and positions Moneyverse.ai as a forward-thinking leader in the fintech and blockchain ecosystem.
In parallel with her professional role, Sanjana is currently pursuing her Master’s degree from the University of Manchester, further strengthening her expertise and global perspective in technology leadership.
